Contract Details

You can cancel at any time you like an only pay for the hours you have used (we keep a detailed account of all time spent on your account)

We do not have a formal contract as we believe that by providing you with the support to grow you will want to keep working with us.

Additional Fees

Additional hours £80

• If your going over your allotted hours we will contact you for authorisation before spending any additional time. We invoice additional hours at the beginning of the following month e.g. July invoice for Junes additional hours.

• Our fees are based on delivering all support remotely but we can provide physical support if required.
